Designed For Hosts, Built By Hosts

If you’re in the short-term rental industry, you know that it can take a lot of work to manage your property and create amazing experiences for your guests. At the same time, you want to protect your property so you can enjoy it for years to come.

It has also become increasingly difficult to find good people to help take care of things at your property. Paying for someone to come out to your property every time one little thing needs to be done (if you can find someone willing to do it) adds unnecessary costs and reliability risks to running your short term rental.

This is why Rental Home Automator was created – by short-term rental hosts who wanted to automate as many routine tasks at their short term rental as possible. The founders have used their experience with short term rentals  – and testing these solutions through trial-and-error – to create a unique solution for other hosts. All of the recommended devices and articles are written based on their experience with different types of vacation properties in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Colorado and Florida. For more details, read our article on how we got started.

The step-by-step guides and recommendations provided in our articles can help anyone, from beginners running one property to experienced operators managing a portfolio. Our goal is to keep it simple, reliable, and affordable for any type of short term rental property.
